Is Jesus God? Or third of the three (in trinity)? Or just a blessed Prophet?

The Truth Message – Part 5 – Is Jesus the Son of God? Or third of the three? Or a Prophet?

There are groups who very wrongly believe that Jesus was the ‘Son of God’!

The Unity of God has been repeatedly proclaimed in the Bible (and many other religious scriptures too). Prophet after prophet was raised to establish this Unity of the Divine. Not a single prophet in Israel announced that God had any associate, then where did this ‘Son’ come from?

Jesus referred himself as ‘Son of Man’ because he was born from the womb of Mary (as), when he prophesied that his fate would be like that of Prophet Jonah, he said:

“… For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of a huge fish, so the ‘Son of Man’ will be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth” (Matthew 12:39,40)

AND here: ‘For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost’ (Luke 19: 10)

Well, let’s see some of the contradicting beliefs now.

TRADITIONAL BELIEF:

Jesus Christ is the only begotten ‘Son of God.’ He is the second deity in the Trinity.

CONTEMPORARY BELIEF:

The phrase ‘Son of God’ is a metaphoric expression denoting the strong love and affection God had for Jesus. This phrase does not imply that Jesus is the biological son of God.

To attribute a son to the Lord, as a partner in the Godhead, would be to offer the gravest affront to Him.

In chapter 19: verses 89-93, we read:

‘And they say, “The Gracious God has taken unto Himself a son. Assuredly, you have indeed uttered a most hideous thing. The heavens might well-nigh burst thereat, and the earth cleaves asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, because they ascribe a son to the Gracious God. It becomes not the Gracious God that He should take unto Himself a son.

Mr. Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmud Ahmad in his commentary on these verses, writes: ‘The dogma that Jesus is the Son of God is so hideous that the heavens, the earth and the mountains might well break into pieces and fall asunder at its enormity. The belief is repugnant to heavenly beings because it is against Divine attributes and against all that they stand for. It is revolting for human beings on the earth, because it offends against the dictates of human nature and man’s intellect and reason recoil in sheer disgust from it.’

All praise belongs to God, Who has sent down the Book to His servant, free from all distortion, full of truth and guidance, that it may give warning of a grievous chastisement proceeding from Him, and that it may give the believers who work righteousness the glad tidings that they shall have a good reward which they shall enjoy forever. And that it may warn those who say: God has taken unto Himself a son. They have no knowledge whatever concerning it, nor had their fathers. Grievous is the assertion that they make. They only utter a falsehood. (Ch.18:Vs.2-6)

We sent no Messenger before thee but We directed him: There is no God but I; so worship Me alone. But they say: ‘The Gracious One has taken to Himself a son.’ Holy is He. Those whom they so designate are only His honored servants… (Ch.21:Vs.26-30)

Point clear? Read it again, please: Those whom they so designate are only His honored servants… (Ch.21:Vs.26-30)

And they falsely ascribe to Him [God] sons and daughters without any knowledge. Holy is He and exalted far above what they attribute to Him. The Originator of the heavens and the earth! … (Ch.6:Vs.101-102)

And again:

[19:37] Said Jesus: ‘Surely, Allah is my Lord, and your Lord. So worship Him alone; this is the right path.’

[19:38] But the parties differed among themselves; so woe to those who disbelieve because of the meeting of the great day.

[19:89] And they say, ‘The Gracious God has taken unto Himself a son.’

[19:90] Assuredly, you have done a most monstrous thing!

[19:91] The heavens might well-nigh burst thereat, and the earth cleave asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces,

[19:92] Because they ascribe a son to the Gracious God.

[19:93] Whereas it becomes not the Gracious God to take unto Himself a son.

[21:27] And they say, ‘The Gracious God has taken to Himself a son.’ Holy is He. Nay, they are only honoured servants.

A warning!

O People of the Book! Exceed not the bounds in the matter of your religion, and say not of God anything but the truth. Indeed, the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, was but a Messenger of God and the fulfillment of glad tidings which He conveyed to Mary and a mercy from Him. So believe in God and His Messengers and say not: There are three gods. Desist; it will be the better for you. Indeed, God is only One God. His Holiness brooks not that He should have a son. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth. Sufficient is God as a Guardian. Surely, the Messiah would never disdain to be accounted a servant of God, nor would the angels who are close to God. Those who disdain to worship Him and consider themselves above it will He gather all together before Himself. (Ch.4:Vs.172-173)

Those certainly are disbelievers who say: God is none but the Messiah, son of Mary: whereas the Messiah himself taught: “O Children of Israel! Worship God Who is my Lord and your Lord”.

Surely God has forbidden heaven to him who associates partners with God, and the fire will be his resort. The wrongdoers shall have no helpers. Those certainly are disbelievers who say: God is the third of the three. There is no one worthy of worship but the One God. If they desist not from that which they say, a grievous chastisement shall surely afflict those of them that disbelieve. Will they not then turn to God and beg His forgiveness, seeing that God is Most Forgiving, Ever Merciful? (Ch.5:Vs.73-75)

That was Jesus, son of Mary. This is a statement of the truth concerning which they entertain doubt. It does not befit the majesty of the Almighty Lord to take unto Himself a son. Holy is He. When He decrees a thing, He says, ‘BE’ and it begins to take shape and comes into being.

Jesus said, ‘Surely ‘the one lord’ is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him alone, this is the right path.’ [19:35, 36, 37]

Not convinced yet?

I see, your head is still full of doubts… Let me put down verses right from our Holy Book again. C’mon take out your Bible are compare… none will now be able to deny:

Discuss SON OF GOD – The TRUE MEANING

Christians believe that Jesus was God’s son. They base this belief on the assumption that the Bible calls him “Son of God.” Now I will use the very same Bible to prove that the term ‘Son’ is only used to explain the status & honor of the said thing.

And my dear Christians, how easily did you forget that many other people have also been called as “Son of God”… ?! Come with me, let me show you…

First let me quote the lines from where all this confusion started…

The triune nature of God came from the literal meaning of some of the verses such as:

I and the Father are one,” John 10:30.

And

And a voice from heaven said, ‘This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased,’” Matthew 3:16–17.

And now the Sovereign LORD has sent me, with his Spirit,” Isaiah 48:16.

Misinterpretation of these was the beginning of the primitive Trinity.

Factually, A pious individual could be referred to as ‘Son of God’ (Wisdom 2:18) or a ‘son of Most High’ (Sirach 4:10). ”

Important Note: Bible is full of these types of references (as my son, my born, my spirit etc.):

God speaks of Israel as ‘my son’ (Hosea 11: 1); [Will you now start worshipping Israel my dear? O please now!]

Another example: In the New Testament genealogy, Adam is listed as the “Son of God” (Luke 3.38). In fact, some may argue that Adam could have a greater claim over the “Sonship of God” because, unlike Jesus, he had neither an earthly father nor mother.

Adam is seriously more suited, don’t you think? Well?

As far as the Bible is concerned it applies n numerous instances the expression son of God to prophets, to the righteous and to believers. The following are only some examples out of many:

Israel is My son, even My first born. (Exodus 4:22) […decided anything yet then? Think about it.]

Also I will make him (David) My first born, higher than the kings of the earth. (Psalms 89:27)

He (Solomon) shall be My son, and I will be his Father. (1. Chron 22:10)

Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God. (Matt. 5:9) [Pause to Ponder please]

Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God. (John 3:1)

It is true that in Luke 1:32, he is called ‘the son of the Highest’ and in 1:35, ‘the son of God’; but these expressions in Biblical idiom do not at all connote Divinity or partnership in Divinity. As we read: I have said, ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. (Psalms 82:6)

Convinced then? Have I made my point clear?

Please understand: Jesus enjoys no special distinction in this respect, being called ‘Son of God’ as he is, therefore, no more a son of God than those persons who have also been addressed as such: Refer Luke 20:36; Jer 31:9; Matt 6:9; John 8:41, Ephes 4:6, etc.

Any more doubts on this point?

I know you have… so please read further.

Let’s now discuss, Can Jesus be God?

Few people call him so! (Me thinks… If he’s not God, then we Christians are worshipping a man…Right?)

The Holy book says:

Indeed they are disbelievers who say, `Surely, God is none but the Messiah, son of Mary’.” (5:73)

The corruption of the Christian faith has been categorically stated here:

[5:73] Indeed, they are disbelievers who say, ‘Surely, God is none but the Messiah, son of Mary,’ whereas the Messiah himself said, ‘O children of Israel, worship the One Lord, Who is my Lord and your Lord.’ Surely, whoso associates partners with Him (the lord), to him has God forbidden Heaven, and the Fire will be his resort. And the wrongdoers (and disbelievers) shall have no helpers.

Comparison of Jesus with the attributes of God:

God is He beside Whom there is none worthy of worship – The Ever-Living, The Self-Subsisting and The All-Sustaining. (Ch.3:Vs.3)

The above verse contains a strong refutation of the false doctrine of the divinity of Jesus. This doctrine is one of the principal topics to be clearly understood, let’s pick some points… I bet you’ll find them practical.

First: These attributes, i.e., the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting and All-Sustaining, prove that God, the possessor of these attributes, should need no partner or helper;

We have seen Jesus was subjected to the law of birth and death, and therefore he was neither ever-living, nor self-subsisting and not even all-sustaining… He could not be God. This could even apply to the prophets in Hinduism who are today considered Gods (we’ll discuss more on this topic later).

Second: These attributes, i.e., the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting and All-Sustaining, also prove the hollowness of the doctrine of Atonement which is corollary to the above doctrine. Jesus, it is claimed by few orthodox Christians, suffered death to atone for the sins of mankind. If that is so, he could not be God, for God is Ever-Living and cannot suffer death, permanent or temporary.

It is futile to say that the death of Jesus meant only the separation of the god-Jesus from his physical habitat. The connection between the god-Jesus and his physical body was, according to Christian belief, in its very nature a temporary one and was bound to break one day, even if Jesus had not died on the Cross. So the mere breaking up of this connection could serve no useful purpose. It must be some other death which brought redemption to his sinful followers. That death, according to Christians themselves, came upon Jesus when after his crucifixion he descended into Hades or Hell (Acts 2: 31).

Thus, far from being immune from death, which is God’s exclusive prerogative, Jesus suffered death both in its literal and figurative sense.

Thirdly, the attributes, the Self-Subsisting and the All-Sustaining prove the falsity of the famous Christian doctrine. God, being Self-Subsisting and All-Sustaining, should not only live by Himself without the support of any other being but all other beings should receive support from Him.

But Jesus did not possess these attributes. Like other mortals, he was born of a woman, lived on food and drink, suffered pain and distress, asked others to pray for the alleviation of his sufferings, and finally, as few Christians wrongly say, died on the Cross: this belief is wrong in its entirety: he did die but not on the cross… we’ve already seen how, didn’t we?.

Well… God, being Ever-Living, Self-Subsisting and All-Sustaining is above all these physical weaknesses.

God, the creator of this universe… is much more than all of these actually (we’ll discuss this next).

Jesus came to this world with a mission from Our One and the Only Lord and left this world after its accomplishment. Jesus is our beloved father and a great blessed prophet… peace be upon him.

JESUS – A PROPHET, Not God – Bible proves this point

Jesus always referred to himself as having been sent by God, meaning that he was a Divine messenger. For instance:

As Jesus in John 5:30 says: I can of my own self do nothing, as I hear I judge and my judgement is just; because I seek not my own will, but the will of the Father which has sent me.

And the Father Himself, which has sent me, has borne witness of me. (John 5:37)

This is Eternal Life to know the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent (John 17:3)

It is clear, therefore, that Jesus consistently put himself forward as one who had been sent by God, that is to say, as a messenger of God. In fact, his function as a messenger of God was defined even before his birth by Divine direction as set out both in the Gospel and in the Holy Quran. The angel that appeared to Mary and told her that she would bear a son whom she should name Jesus also informed her that God will give him the throne of his father David, and he shall reign over the house of Jacob. (Luke1:32-33).

Our Holy Book confirms that Mary was told that God would teach Jesus the book and the wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel and will send him a messenger to the Children of Israel (3:49-50).

Let me put down the exact full verses:

[3:49] “And He will teach him the Book and the Wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel;”

[3:50] “And will make him a Messenger to the children of Israel (to say): ‘I come to you with a Sign from your Lord, which is, that I will fashion out for you a creation out of clay after the manner of a bird, then I will breathe into it a new spirit and it will become a soaring being by the command of God; and I will heal the night-blind and the leprous, and I will quicken the dead, by the command of God; and I will announce to you what you will eat and what you will store up in your houses. Surely, therein is a Sign for you, if you be believers.”

More significant than all this is the explanation furnished by Jesus himself in the Bible, please read below:

Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. Jesus answered them, ‘Many good works have I showed you from my Father; for which of those works do you stone me?’ The Jews answered him, saying, ‘For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; because that thou, being man, makest thyself God.’ (John 10:31-33)

Now here the crucial question was directly posed to Jesus. Did he claim to be God, the second person in the Trinity, as he subsequently came to be represented? His answer must be accepted by all those who profess to believe in him and follow him.

Jesus answered them, is it not written in your law, I said, ye are gods? If he called them gods unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, thou blasphemeth; because I said, I am the son of God (John 10:34-35)

The point is now so clear… so very clear indeed.

In order to reconcile these references and many others, it is not unreasonable to conclude, that the Biblical usage of the term “Son of God” does not necessarily connote a literal “son ship to God” but a metaphorical one instead.

he called them gods unto whom the word of God came…

Word of God has been coming to many till today, and we know there were 1,24,000 prophets, so would you want to consider all of them ‘Sons of the God’ or ‘God’ now? My dear, interpret the meanings, do not take the words literally. May peace be with you.

This makes it quite clear that the expression, son of God, when applied to Jesus, by himself or by others, meant no more in his case than it means in its application to others in scriptures, of which we have set out several instances above. He was son of God in that sense ‘as a bearer of His message’, but in no way at all God, as the son, the second person in the Trinity as is now claimed.

Jesus himself brought out the distinction clearly in attributing divinity to God alone, who was also his God: Read the next section.

***

Jesus himself says… GOD IS ONE

Jesus had not the slightest hesitation in affirming the Unity of God. Read this:

One of the scribes came… and asked him, which is the first commandment of all? And Jesus answered him , The first Of all the commandments is, Hear O Israel, the Lord, our God, is One Lord: and thou shall love the Lord, thy God, with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: This is the first commandment.. And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth; for there is One God; and there is none other but He. (Mark 12:29-30 & 32)

<My question to you my dear Christians: Can’t you follow at least the first commandment of Jesus (if not all)?>

Bible proves God alone is the true source of honour:

John 5:44 says: How Can you believe when you accept honour from one another, and care nothing for the honour that comes from him who alone is God.

This finds support in another book: Whoso seeks honour should realise that all honour belongs to God. (35:11)

And, behold one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good things shall I do, that I may have eternal life? And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? There is none good but one, that is, God: But thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments (Matt. 19:16-17)

Refer to verses from Bible for easy confirmations:

“Do we not all have one Father? Has not one God created us?” (Mal. 2:10)

&

Know therefore this day and lay it to heart, that the Lord is God in heaven above and on the earth beneath; there is none other. (Deuteronomy 4:39)

JESUS HIMSELF PRAYS TO GOD

Jesus had the habit of prayer. As for instance:

He withdrew himself into the wilderness and prayed. (Luke 5:16)

He took Peter and John and James, and went up into a mountain to pray. (Luke 9:28)

It came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray as John also taught his disciples, and he said unto them, when ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven. Hallowed by Thy name…….. (Luke 11:1-2)

Thus quite rightly all his supplications and those of his disciples were addressed to God, the only One Lord.

Obviously, therefore, there was not equality between the supplicant and Him to whom supplication was addressed. God had the power to respond to supplication and to grant it. Quite clearly Jesus lacked such power, for indeed if he had possessed that power, his supplicating God would have been meaningless. Had he been the second person in the Trinity, he would have been in no need of supplication, as he would have had the power to do all that he wished. This is well illustrated in his repeated supplications in the garden of Gethsemane, when he fell on his face, and prayed, saying:

O my Father if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt. (Matt. 26:39)

The relationship between Jesus and God was that between a righteous servant and his gracious master. The Line: Nevertheless not as I will, but as Thou wilt: is a clear affirmation of the supremacy of Divine will over the will of Jesus which was subordinate to the will of God. As he himself affirmed, he had been sent not to do his own will but to do God’s will (John 6:38); which is an exact description of the relationship between God and a Prophet.

…‘I am only a man like you. It is revealed to me that your God is One God; so go ye straight to Him without deviating, and ask forgiveness of Him.’ And woe to the idolaters. [41:7]

God alone has supreme authority over man… All prophets were only Men, especially blessed Men.

Christ also confirmed to Pilate: “you would have no power over me unless it had been given to you from above” (Jn 19,11).

Superiority of Father, the One God:

But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. MARK 13.32

Other lines from Bible which prove the superiority of the One-Eternal-God over Jesus, the prophet, as recorded in the Holy Bible / spoken by Jesus, and others.

The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree. ACTS 5.30

Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is God. MARK 10.18

I proceeded forth and came from God; neither come I of myself, but the Father hath sent me. JOHN 8:42

I do nothing of myself; but as the Father hath taught me, I speak these things. JOHN 8.28

Jesus knowing that the Father hath given all things into his hands, and that he was come from God, and went to God. JOHN 13.3

And that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heavens and earth. MATTHEW 11.25

He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which hath sent me. JOHN 14.24

Call to mind when Abraham prayed:

My Lord, make this city Inviolate, and keep me and my progeny away from the worship of idols. My Lord, they have indeed led astray large numbers of people. So whoever follows me, he is certainly of me; and whoever disobeys me, in his case also Thou art surely Most Forgiving, Ever Merciful. (Ch.14: Vs.36-37).

And yet today we see Christians worshipping the idols of Jesus & Mary! How terrible is it, to be gone astray after being clearly instructed?

My Conclusion:

All that knowledge was worth knowing, wasn’t it? I know.

I know you are amazed and in your head is a whirlwind now. Relax…! You’ll have all answers with perfect references more below.

To come down to the fact, today, we are here misunderstanding the teachings of Jesus and doubting his rank, we’re even worshipping him in the place of the Lord and again we believe him to die an accursed death as well. We follow the concepts of Trinity and Atonement… Do you think what we’re doing is right? Please think again my dear child…

My heart bleeds over the errors of worshipping the dead. For, what could be more painful than that a humble human being should be worshipped as God and a mere handful of dust be proclaimed as the Lord of all the worlds.

See what Jesus puts down as his first commandment:

…which is the first commandment of all? And Jesus answered him , The first Of all the commandments is, Hear O Israel, the Lord, our God, is One Lord: and thou shall love the Lord, thy God, with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: This is the first commandment….. (Mark 12:29-30 & 32)

My question to you my dear child (May peace be with you): Can’t you follow at least the first commandment of Jesus (if not all)?

Is now not the time to remove all idols of Christ from your churches to worship the one and only Lord?

…the Lord, our God, is One Lord: and thou shall love the Lord, thy God, with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength…

Then why do you bow before the idols of Jesus when he himself commanded you to worship the one God?

Why do you put down your prayers before him, the Jesus of Nazareth, the prophet, the messenger, the Son of Mary, when he himself put down all his prayers before the One Lord?

Jesus was sent to show you the right way, to fulfill the promises made, as he himself said:

Think not that I am come to destroy the Law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill. (Matthew 5:17-18)

Matthew 12: 31, 32 says: With the Grace and Mercy of God. He alone is the Helper.

‘Wherefore I say unto you, all manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men, but blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. And whosoever speaketh a word against the son of man it shall be forgiven him, but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world neither in the world to come.’

Reasons why Jesus was sent:

One of the two principal purposes of the advent of Jesus (as) was, that he should re-establish these lost sheep of the house of Israel on the true teachings of the law of Moses (as), and should win them back into the fold of Moses (as) and into the obedience on the Unity of God, and obedience to Mosaic law.

Jesus (Pbuh) did not intend to found a new religion and told his followers that the Mosaic Law still applied to them. He, however, impressed upon the people to acquire certain qualities such as charity, forgiveness, humility and a special love for God, which were fast becoming extinct. The Christianity of today, with beliefs in the Trinity and the Eternal Sin, owes its origin to later developments which cannot be attributed to the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Another Very Important Point worth Pondering (demands immediate action from YOU):

We Christians consider ‘Christ hanged on the Cross’ as our religious symbol, which actually symbolizes the ‘Accursed Death of Jesus’. So, now, I would recommend and earnestly request all my Christian brothers and sisters, who believe that ‘Jesus is our father & savior and that he did not die an accursed death on the cross to ‘Break the Cross’.

*Jesus is our savior because he showed us the right way to worship, introduced the ‘One Lord’ to us and thus saved us from treading on the wrong paths.

Breaking of the cross is a MUST indeed as it symbolizes the ‘Accursed Death of Jesus’ which actually never happened. And whoever still desires to keep the ‘cross’ with them, in their houses or churches, will be assumed that he/she accepts the wrong said against Jesus, that he, the great Prophet Jesus (Peace be upon him) who was put on the cross by his enemies had indeed died a defeated and accursed death and that His life was a failure as he died without completing his mission as was prophesied by Moses. It will be obvious, quite evident.

My dear people, You have yet another strong reason to break the idols of Christ on the Cross. It is time you break them all lest you might be charged with the grave sin of Idol-worshiping which is absolutely unforgivable.

O My dear Christians!

May peace be upon you all… I have only one more thing last thing to add:

Jesus considers us all as his spiritual children; He loves us all so much. We are his children and He is our Spiritual father. He is our prophet and we are his people.

A father is to be loved (as he loves his children), a prophet is to be followed (through his commandments), and The Lord is to be worshiped (the One & Only Lord). Try understanding the point, please.

Jesus provided you with clear instructions: …thou shall love the Lord, thy God, with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength… but YOU now follow few new concepts which he never taught!

God says in the Holy Book:

[2:166] And there are some among men who take for themselves objects of worship other than God, loving them as they should love God. But believers are stronger in their love for God and if those who transgress could now see the time when they shall see the punishment, they would realize that all power belongs to God and that God is severe in punishing.

[2:167] Aye, they would certainly realize if they could see the time when those who were followed (they followed) shall disown their followers and shall see the punishment, and all their ties shall be cut asunder.

It’s high time you break the cross, do it now because if you do not change your ways now then you will be held answerable to the Lord and to your father Jesus as well for all your wrongs, remember!

Neither your friends nor your relatives nor the priests you follow will be able to help you on The Day of Judgement; you alone will be the answerer.

I am to warn you: Repent, you have this day to start. Wait No More!

You Might Not Have A Second Chance.

I do understand my dear people that time-worn ideas and prejudices die hard.

All of us generally ARE slaves to age-old usages, traditions and customs carried to our times since history of our ancestors. Perhaps the greatest obstacle in the way of acceptance of truth, as repeatedly told, is the strong disinclination to accept new ideas… yes, it is true.

It is definitely hard to let old beliefs go. They are familiar. We are comfortable with them and have spent years building systems and developing habits that depend on them.

But it is these shackles of customs and unknown prejudices prevent us from accepting the truth and smother all efforts at reform tried by the reformers… Even when a person tries to use his intelligence and to get away from the stranglehold of customs, etc., he is under pressure from various quarters, and he can scarcely see aright.

On account of such and such barriers one cannot look forward to the great and bright future which lays before them. I assure you if you accept truth, you need not look back to the histories of past peoples (disbelievers) who rejected the truth and were seized with Divine Punishment.

My dears, please try and understand the point:

Well wait, tell me now:

If your father invests in certain business or persues a certain interest which only led him to fail or maybe utterly destroyed the well-being of your family… for eg. Say: If your father was a drunkard, or a druggist, or a murderer… would you still follow him? No, you will not! You make sure to stay away from such and such ways of life… you do not blindly follow him there.

Why? Because you know the difference between right and wrong ways of life. Now comes another question: You choose to reject his ways of life if he was wrong in the worldly matters, then why do you blindly follow him when he is wrong in spiritual matters?

Remember! Your father and fore-fathers were only human, prone to err as ever.

What if he was never rightly guided?

What if he was never explained the difference between the right way and the wrong way?

What if he was never interested in religion or any religious matters seriously?

What if he was supposed to belong to Kalyug (the dark days) and you are supposed to belong to Satyuga (the bright days)? Won’t you still want to change?

Join the righteous – Do not destroy yourself and your progeny while you were rightly guided.

Let me put forward a line from our Lord:

[2:171] And when it is said to them, ‘Follow that which God has sent down,’ they say: ‘Nay, we will follow that wherein we found our fathers.’ What! even if their fathers had no sense at all, no guidance and followed not the right path?

You’ve been warned!

It would be a very serious misconception if you think that this book ‘The Truth Message’ was written with some bad intention or to hurt the religious feelings / sentiments of others, therefore I assume it is a must for me to state that this book is written with all the good intentions and after thorough research and a lot of prayers.

And dear reader: I’m not here to judge your faith. I am absolutely nobody to judge anybody’s faith… and I’m not here to offend anybody, or to hurt them, or their religious thoughts or feelings. I’m here only to light-up your path with knowledge from your own holy books, and to help you distinguish between the right and the wrong. Hope the wise among you will at least try once to consider my work and for my sake think seriously about your own ways of life and ways of worship. May Allah guide you along the right path… Aameen

Truth is a terrible thing… and only a few have the courage to accept it…. Weak are the ones who give up before understanding the case AND Fools follow what others said… but wise are those who dig for truth and accept it: Choose what you want to be.

YOU HAVE ALL RIGHTS to disbelieve me… but an option to trust me as well.

Free at your will, you can go where your heart leads to.

Going by the concept of Universal Brotherhood, we are all one family: I request my Graceful God to guide you as you’re my family and I can’t afford to loose you, not one of you… and Insha’Allah, he’ll accept my request.

[4:27] Allah desires to make clear to you, and guide you to, the paths of those before you, and to turn to you in mercy. And Allah is All- Knowing, Wise.

And I pray to the Lord for you:

[40:8] …‘Our Lord, Thou dost comprehend all things in Thy mercy and knowledge. So forgive those who repent and follow Thy way; and protect them from the punishment of Hell.

[40:9] ‘And make them, our Lord, enter the Gardens of Eternity which Thou hast promised them, as well as such of their fathers and their wives and their children as are virtuous. Surely Thou art the Mighty, the Wise.

May peace, mercy and blessings of God be with you, always.

A Well-wisher / A Warner

‘… I do not say to you: ‘I possess the treasures of the Lord, nor do I know the unseen; nor do I say to you: ‘I am an angel, I follow only that which is revealed to me….’

‘ … I am not a guardian over you.’

I am writing and spreading this message entirely for the pleasure of God, who says in the Holy Book, Ch. 3:Vs. 105): “And let there be among you a few who should invite (humanity) towards goodness.

O Lord, accept this from me; for Thou art the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing;

[3:61] this is the truth from thy Lord, so be thou not of those who doubt.

It would be incorrect to think that I have prepared myself for this task, or that I wish to shed any light upon it from a purely intellectual point of view. The only purpose I have in mind is to share my research work on the subject with the young and ordinary people in a simple and concise manner. If God so wills, it might grant guidance to some lost soul, or refresh someone’s stagnating faith, or serve to comfort some anxious and restless heart, or, perchance, our dearly beloved might come to realize that the true aim and purpose of our lives is to recognise our Lord, Whose love is greater than any other.

I pray to the Allah Almighty: ‘O my Lord, You are aware of all my shortcomings and my knowledge and deeds are not hidden from You. Grant me, through Your grace, the strength to complete this book in accordance with that which pleases You. Grant power to my words and lead my pen along the path of righteousness and truth, so that people may recognize You and attain the goal of their lives. O my Helper, my Guide, though I consider myself true in my intentions, You know me better than I know myself. If You are aware of any ill-intentions on my part, do have mercy on me and purify me so that this book may not be deprived of the blessings which You send down in support of the truth. Be it so, O God. Amen.’

I have addressed mainly to the youth who are more at risk from atheistic doctrines or faulty religious concepts. What I have written should suffice for an unbiased person, but if some doubts still remain, I believe they too can be resolved in the light of the points discussed in this book. As for those who have shut their eyes to light themselves with bias and antagonism, I have no cure for them. Only God has, and it is to Him that I pray that He may cleanse their hearts. May there not remain a single person who passes away from this world without having recognized his Lord. Nothing could be more unfortunate for man than to leave this world without knowing the One Who created him, sustained him and gave him all his faculties.

May God help you dear reader with His special help in understanding these divine concepts |
